I applied on Indeed, received a text from the HR manager, picked a time to interview, and showed up. After some time waiting I got to meet the manager and fairly soon we went outside to discuss my qualifications.

Quick and to the point. Asked about prior experience, availability to work, willing to work at other stores when short staffed. Just basic things you get asked at an interview.
Sit down interview very casual and enjoyable. More of a flowing conversation than a question and answer type of arrangement. Learned a lot about each other and what was to be expected of me as an employee.
