I was volunteering for the company. I submitted my resume once a new position opened. Quickly I was invited for an interview. The interview was with an HR representative and the director of the refugee resettlement program. There was a friendly atmosphere. They asked many questions but in a nice way. Asked to give examples and wanted to make sure that I know what it means to work in that position.
