Their interview process in lengthy. You go through a couple single interviews with at least 2 supervisors. Then, you join a group interview with at least 3-4 different supervisors in 10-20 min segments. The final interview is with the person in HR. There questions are very fast spoken and they ask multiple questions in one sitting each time a new person is in front of you. They want a precise answer to 3-5 questions that they ask in one breath. The interview style will cause confusion with how you may want to respond. I used the STAR method and it still did not help.

Application was two questions and no cover letter, so pretty easy, and then a very quick phone screen. He asked me to email him if I was interested, and we set up an interview at a cafe. I also had to do a 30 minute writing test that was pretty easy- a couple questions. I dont know how I did on that but I got the interview. Met with the same manager for 45 minutes. He asked a lot of open ended questions and about my background, and then tried to get me to ask a lot of questions. They didn’t give me another interview, but it was interesting enough that I told a couple friends about it.
