1st phone screen with HR. 2nd phone interview with Engineering Manager the next day. 3rd in person interview after a two weeks. Full day process, got tour of the shop and facility to give better idea as what they exactly do (very cool) and then were interview with 4 other people separately, program management, principle engineer, and two other engineer. Finally wrapped up by talking with HR and go over benefits and concerns.
