The interview takes place in Asia office and it required more than 1 month and close to 3 months. There are several rounds of interview and the last round was interviewed by CEO and the Head of HR. The ending of the interview, the Head of HR is asking on the information of the last drawn salary and a copy of payslip. He stated that he will do his best to give the best package and will update me sooner, however, it is really disappointing since there is no news from them. It is a disappointing experience since the expectation of the service industry company is higher and it is expected that they should have a better attitude and courtesy toward human beings since this is the paramount factor in the service industry. To cut the story short, unfortunately they can't fulfil that. I am thankful that I am able to see the real picture of the company culture and this is not something that I want to be part with.
