The company contacted me directly by phone and asked a few prelimiary questions before offering to arrange a formal meeting with the Chief Pilot and Aviation Director. Everything was very professional from beginning to end. The questions were designed to draw out my likes and dislikes and a lot of time was spent describing the work environment and the what the company expectations were for me.

You've just spent a great deal of time and effort planning a trip for a client. 30 minutes from your proposed departure time the client calls and requests a differnet destination. Describe your response and action plan.
You're flying the owner to his/her favorite destination and you're unsure if you will be asked to stay with the owner on his/her multi-million dollar yacht or exactly what your hotel arrangements are. How comfortable are you with this situation how would you handle it?
