No phone screening, very fast process, direct face to face interview. I was interviewed by the hiring manager and the HR of the company. Both were very nice people and really wanted to understand my skills and my expectations. Very fast and honest feedback after the interview. I would consider this interview process as one of the most pleasant I have ever had. Unfortunately they needed someone more senior for the position.
