      Entrevista

8/6/15- Applied online application 8/13/15- emailed to completed virtual phone interview (it's a voice recording & you get to play back& review your answers & repeat questions ) my advice is to listen to the question maybe write out an answer then record yours 8/27/15- emailed an invite to interview. 8/31/15- Interview was a group interview , showed a presentation first then separate into groups of 6. My advice is to be yourself don't try to be the funny person in the room .be direct in your answers & restate the question to be sure you are answering what they asked . Study the company's values & have questions prepared to ask at the end of your interview. Afterwards we were told we would be contacted whether it was yes or no 9/1/15-emailed information to consent to background check, employment history, fingerprinting & drug test . This check is very thoroughly completed I suggest being 100% honest about everything because they will find out they are checking exact dates. If there is any problem confirming anything expect an email for additional paperwork needed 10/4/15- emailed official offer letter with my dates to go to training in Orlando !!

It's definitely a very long process where you have to have a lot of patience in waiting! At least that's how it was for me. I applied June 4th, 2024. I got an email the very next day inviting me to do a virtual audio interview. Pretty standard interview, not as complicated. After the virtual interview you had to complete some personality assessments/games. After all of that was completed, August 1st, 2024, I got an email inviting me for a virtual interview with two of the supervisors alongside some other candidates at the same time. It was a group interview so it was very interesting to experience. The interview followed by a series of around 5 questions mostly about past experiences you've gone through that would showcase how you've dealt with customer service. After the interview, about six days passed by and I received an email saying that I passed to the compliance stage and gave me instructions on the Drug test, Background check, and fingerprinting I needed to do. It took about 5 days for me to complete everything and on August 19th, I received another email saying that I passed the compliance stage and had to schedule a quick phone call with my recruiter the same day. I spoke with my recruiter, he officially offered me the job, told me a little bit about the role, the pay, benefits, and also explained that I would have to go to Orlando, Florida to Jetblue University for training for a duration of about 2 weeks. I will now be heading to Florida for my AO Training in about two weeks. Overall, it was definitely a long process but worth it!
