      Entrevista

Applied at the end of July, did my assessments and video interview in the middle of August and got invited to face to face interview in which I chose the 9/18 date. It was a long day, but not as long as they told us it would be...at least not for me. I went to the interview in New York and it was a little unorganized, but they got things done. As soon as you walk in the building, you have to mingle with people like everyone has been saying and that was fun. You meet a lot of cool people which may be good in the long run if you get hired together. We waited around until they broke us into groups. It was at this moment i realized how unorganized and chaotic the day would be. Anyway, I was in group A and we got broken up into even smaller groups of six. Talent acquisition team and FA's introduced themselves and then we introduced ourselves to our groups only. They then showed us a video, following after a group activity in which we had to present. There were two FA's observing each table so make sure you participate and mingle with one another as much as possible. We took a break, came back and got shown another video and a PowerPoint about the job, pay, and training. After that, we broke for lunch and I took that as an opportunity to do my fingerprints while no one was there (there was always a line). Then the real interviews began. As we waited to go into the rooms for the interviews, FAs had us reading the PA announcement. To me, we all were just waltzing in the rooms whenever we were ready because of the disorganization. So I finally get in there, got asked three questions by two FAs and then a debriefing with someone in HR I believe. And that was it! It was 2:30pm by this time. Got the call yesterday 9/21 offering me the job for the November 18th class. As far as advice, I won't say "be yourself" because I got tired of people saying that before I went to my interview and I'm sure you are too lol and that's needless to say. What I will say is write down all these questions on glass door and prepare answers for them. That's what I did. They are all accurate. Try to be as unique as possible with your answers. The HR guy was very impressed with some of my answers. Practice STAR format for your answers as well. Don't be nervous (easier said than done) but I'm just saying this because I was so so SO nervous beforehand and when I got there i realized I had no reason to be. Please make sure you look as professional as possible, hair NEAT and I suggest using resume paper and bringing it in a nice sturdy folder, not a flimsy Manila folder. Join the Facebook groups as well and find out who's going to the interview the same day as you. Thats What I did which gave me the chance to meet people before the interview and had "friends" there that I already knew. One thing I learned is everything is not what you expect, so when the interview day comes it'll be nothing that you imagined - in a good way. Ultimately, I'm so happy because I doubted myself a little especially since there were so many people. A lot of which were or had been flight attendants. But you have to be confident, show off that awesome customer service experience, and look like a flight attendant!!

All good . Great experience . Been with JetBlue for three years . I was nervous going into the interview but they had a way of making me feel comfortable enough to give off my best. It lasts the whole day so it can be draining.

      Entrevista

I applied online October 1st, 2025 at about 10:30am EST and was sent the video interview and assessment with games on October 9. I was working a lot so I had to wait to do a bit of research and complete it. I submitted my VI on Oct 14 (one day before it expired) and received my TBNT inside my B6 profile on the 15th. I know I didn't look into the camera enough, smile enough. Also the assessment was afterwards and it was a series of pictures that were in sets of 2. You choose which one is closest to your personality. I know you're supposed to be yourself in these things and I started answering what I thought hey wanted instead, which is where I went wrong. I'm a very creative person with a degree in art, yet when it came to questions like that, I chose the opposite, thinking they didn't want this. Later, I realized they do want creativity. But I cannot stress enough how you need to be yourself in these things assessment. Answer from the heart about how you really are. No wonder I got the dreaded TBNT! I don't blame them. I wish I could redo it, but my interview skills are way out of practice having worked for the same airline for years now. After the assessment, there were 3 games where you had to repeat a series of letters/numbers. Sounds easy, but I promise you it was much harder than you'd think. And also choose the shapes that were the same in a group.
