Interviewed by a staffing agency. It was quick and easy. Jet gets lots of new employees through a staffing agency and then only hires the more competent people who are productive.

Do you have any experience working in a warehouse?
I was hired on through a temp service, so there was no interview process. After you work with them for awhile then they would look to hire you on as a jet employee. Once i got there they were nice and super friendly.

Hiring process is straight forward just be confident they run ur backround and you should hear back fairly shortly just be cool and collected most important thing in any interview.
