      Entrevista

      The interview process from first contact for a phone interview to the end was about 6weeks and it was not a good experience. Setting up the phone interview and then the at home assessment test was easy. After the assessment test I was contacted a few days later to come in for an interview and that's where the issues began. The recruiter called initially to setup a day/time except he apparently did not know what anyone's schedule was and said he would call back. Days later after emailing him twice to try and schedule the interview he finally called back and we were able to schedule a day for me to come in. Unfortunately before that day arrived there was a loss in my family and I needed to reschedule. The recruiter promptly responded and asked for next availibility. Again it went about a week before he responded to my multiple emails with my availibity and inquiries. Finally after I hunted down the HR heads email and copied her on my final request, a new date was arranged. The interview was with 3 people and before I could meet with the head of the photography department I had to wait for the HR head who was late to my interview because she was out to lunch with the recruiter who was impossible to get a hold off. She didn't ask any typical HR questions, didn't even have a piece of paper with her to write down any information I have her about salary. After her quick 5 minute "interview" I met with the head of the photography department and finished the interview. After a week I inquired about the positions I had interviewed for and received an email from the recruiter that was suppose to be an in-house only email talking about me. Needless to say, I never responded nor did I ever hear anything more from them which is for the best because who wants to work for a place so unorganized and poorly managed.
