Entrevista
It is an extensive three month interview process spanning over three months. First, you must submit an application that includes over 12 essays and short answers. If you make it past that round, you will have a phone or in person interview with someone in JVC. If you continue on you will be asked to rank 12 placement agencies then JVC will match you with up to three agencies for an interview. You will have a phone interview with you matches and give feedback to JVC who will then make the final matching decision based on your feedback and the agencies feedback.

How do you envision you and your community living out the four values of JVC?
Easy process, had a one-on-one interview and then was accepted soon after. Large group interview and then smaller ones with placement sites. Entire process took a couple of weeks as you had to wait for site placement verifications and then to schedule interviews.

Entrevista
There is a one on one interview with JVC and then an interview with your possible placement sites. In between, there are discernment calls to help you determine if this is the right path for you.
