Clear and timely communication is essential for a positive experience, and it’s concerning when that doesn’t happen.

Eventualmente, etapas demais... Por terem atuação global, o processo acaba sendo confuso e eventualmente com muitas etapas. Falta contexto cultural aos entrevistadores e falta alguém que saiba entrevistar em portugues. Senti falta disso no processo.
