Applied on LinkedIn, had a phone interview and 2 in persons then got the job, The first offer letter he sent had $15 an hour instead of the $20 that was agreed upon so I had to call and get that fixed before I signed. Found out afterwards that he purposely sent me the wrong letter just to see if I would take it. Then after I signed he changed wording in the commission contract 2 weeks after starting. Told me I fit the "ascetic fit" he was looking for because I was "White, Athletic, and good looking" - definitely should have seen this as a red flag from the start
