Hi Anon. I'm so sorry that you felt disappointed with the end results of your tech tests. We have used these tech tests for 3 years now and they do offer us a solid benchmark to the standards of programming sought. They do have a high failure rate though as they have proved not to be as simple as most think. Unfortunately, to preserve the integrity of these tests, we can not give out details on where individuals went right or wrong. We have done this in the past, only to find the suggested answers posted on the internet, which then nullifies the tests. The tests are designed to prevent candidates from wasting further time in video and f2f interviews, which will easily add up to be excess of 5 hrs++. We appreciate that individuals spend their valuable time taking these tests but they do represent the effort that we as a group put into our whole recruitment process.
