I had one phone interview and an on site interviews. One person I was supposed to meet with wasn't available on the day I went in so it was rescheduled and confirmed. On the day I was supposed to go in, it was cancelled due to family emergency. The company never got back to me after multiple follow ups. Pretty poor etiquette in my opinion and left me with a very negative candidate experience.

One phone interview with 2 in person interviews, dealing with a total of 3 persons. It was a bit informal but appropriate, they actually asked questions to get to know me and what I want to do and didn't add sneaky tests or questions. Some specific knowledge on e-commerce was covered.
