First talked to HR for a screening, then moved into a second round which went very well, the manager was friendly and it was a very productive conversation. The 3rd and final round was nothing short of bizarre. I met with the CEO and he was interviewing me for a position I was not even applying for and wanted to know if I knew how to do other jobs that were not relevant to the position I was interviewing with. He then proceeded to ask me if I knew anyone that would fill those types of positions, and if so, he could hire us both. I then reached out back to the first person I interviewed to speak about this interview, and she did not get back to me.
