3 interviews. 1 with HR manager (on-campus), 1 with HR Manager (phone) and 1 with (national sales manager).
Questions mainly behavioral:
- Walk me throught your resume
- How did you manage to convince the other managers (my peers)?
- Tell me a situation you have to deal with a unproductive team member. What did you do?
- Tell me a situation in which you have to fire a team member.
- What are you strengths?
- What was the most significant piece of feedback you ever received?

Proceso largo. El assesment center dura alrededor de 4 horas y son una serie de preguntas/situaciones. También incluye un caso clínico. No buen feeling en general, demasiada presión innecesaria que no ayuda

Great interview process. Very professional. Included both behavioural as well as case study questions. The interviewers were supportive and very kind. Although I didn't get an offer the experience is highly recommended!
It does not look a fixed scheme of the interview process there. They try to understand your personality and matching the company culture more than technical questions. Then number of the interview is 2-3 times usually.
