They came to our university and gave a career talk. Then I submitted an application through their web site and got the first round phone interview. The interviewer is very nice. She started from some questions about me and my application, like a warm up. The test questions are quantitative questions that focus on mental math, simple and conditional probability, and brain teasers. There were a fixed number of test questions, and it’s better to finish them correctly as soon as possible.

Overall, it was a pleasant interview experience. I answered a few personal questions and encountered one that was slightly confusing, but the interviewer was friendly, and the conversation flowed well overall
Probability questions, nothing crazy but quite open ended, they want to know your thought process and calculations. Pen and paper allowed but no calculator. No OA, a few rounds and got rejected. Zoom call with a trader.
