Three phone interviews and a day of interviews onsite. First phone interview was very short 10 - 15 mins with two short questions all others were about an hour long. Process ran very smoothly

They asked mostly probability and game theory questions. On-site consisted of a lot of betting games. Very collaborative experience when working on through questions. Overall I enjoyed the the interview experience.

Final round consisted of five rounds in person. Standard market making game on sum of 4 cards with side bet for arbitrage (40 card deck), then one coding (simple, not leetcode esque), then one data analysis, and two more math/trading esque games

Applied through college job posting, had a preliminary phone call with HR, and then a couple of phone interviews in which I got asked mathematical puzzles. Interviewers were nice and gave hints when needed
