1 phone interview and then was contacted to come in for an interview day. HR was very friendly and helpful, the onsite interview was multiple hour-long interviews with a lunch break.

The phone interview consisted of basic probability and Fermi questions (think die rolls and estimating weight of earth...)
The onsite interview was more open-ended creative questions such as how you would query a database of trading info that you answer on the whiteboard. Soft database questions.
