I had one phone interview and they gave me some brain teasers that you can often see from quantitative finance interview guides. The recruiter was friendly and encouraging but I was too nervous to answer the questions. It is more important to tell them clearly what you think.

there's a suggested reading guide about interviews on their website. that's probably the bare minimum. Two phone screens about probability and strategy games and idk about the onsite, didn't get that far.

Was very good process overall. The call was quick and right to the point and the interviewer was open to help when stuck on the problem. The call lasted a total of around an hour and was a great experience.
