I recently went through the interview process at Jane App, and it was the most transparent and enjoyable experiences I’ve had with a company. The process consisted of four steps, starting with a call with the recruiter. This was followed by an interview with the hiring manager, a two-hour design test, and an interview with the design team. From start to finish, everyone was incredibly friendly and supportive. Joyce and Stephanie kept me informed at every stage, providing tips and clear instructions on what to expect next. They truly go above and beyond to make sure candidates feel prepared and confident. The recruiters were fantastic and worked closely with me throughout the entire process, offering insights about the company and ensuring I understood the next steps. It was evident that Jane App genuinely cares about their employees and the people they bring on board. The hiring manager and design team were equally wonderful to interview with, making the experience very welcoming. Overall, I really enjoyed the interview process at Jane. Their thoughtful and candidate-focused approach speaks volumes about their company culture.
