The interview process was very casual and not at all intimidating. It felt more like catching up with a friend than being interviewed. Jan Kelley conducts interviews to more-so get a feel for whether you will be a good fit in the company rather than focusing solely on your professional experiences. If they think you would be a good fit in the company, but not necessarily in the role you are interviewing for, they will pass your information along to another role that they think they would be better suited for you. If they like you, they don't give up on you. And that is very much appreciated!
