Very long process with multiple testing sessions. They test for IQ, spelling, grammar, personality. They also won't hire any smokers. I didn't know that was legal, but it didn't matter to me since I don't smoke. The interview was about 1.5 hrs, and this was after a phone screening that lasted about 15min. They also wanted to know if I was self-employed or had another business, which I didn't think would matter as long as I could do the job they would hire me for.
