Had to fill-out an application asking for the same information as was on my resume. Interviewed with Human Resources and the Technical Manager. I met with both the HR Representative and the Technical Manager. The company had just lost their technical support person and the manager wanted and needed someone to be able to help him with networking and desktop support.
