      Entrevista

      Involved a recruiter phone screening, a phone interview with the head SDR/team leader, and a phone interview with their director of sales. The process (including from what you can see on previous reviews) would’ve involved an on-site interview but I found another opportunity and didn’t move forward with the hiring process after my 3rd phone interview with the director of sales. Would be a great place to work! I’d definitely would check them out if you get the chance to do so. They all seem welcoming and looks like they have other opportunities for growth :)

      The hiring process was both professional and detailed. Jama took their time and made sure to ask great questions as well as allow me to ask any questions I had. Each step of the interview was welcoming and challenging, which was exciting to see.

      Entrevista

      It couldn't have been more seamless or professional, everyone from my initial phone interview to my final in-person interview was inviting and inspiring. The process started with a 30 minute phone interview with a gate-keeping talent recruiter, who then invited me to speak for another 30 minutes with the Director of Sales Development who became the driving force behind my decision of accepting the position. Then came the on-site campus tour and interview sessions. FIrst 30 mins with an Account Manager, then 30 mins with a Sr. SDR, and finally another 30 mins with the Director of Sales Development. Prior to accepting the position I had interviewed with 4 other companies, fortunately making it to the final stages of each and all other processes were identical to Jama's. Minus the hospitality and standard of professionalism. I couldn't be more proud to be an employee of Jama, and to have the privilege of calling the individuals who interviewed me colleagues. If given the opportunity, I would recommend jumping on it immediately.
