I had a very positive experience interviewing with Janel Group. The entire process was completed in under a month and consisted of four stages. It started with an initial conversation focused on cultural fit, which felt very human and welcoming. Next, I had a technical interview where I solved a problem that wasn’t overly difficult, but preparing in advance and having a small application ready the day before definitely helped. After that, I had another technical interview with members of the team I would be working with, which was a great opportunity to connect and better understand the day-to-day work. Finally, I had a conversation with the President of the group, which was also a very positive experience. Overall, while the process had multiple steps, it felt smooth, well-structured, and genuinely human throughout. I’m very happy to have accepted the offer.

The whole process was great, I was contacted by HR person from Linkedin then we had a quick HR screening meeting, after that I received an invite for the technical screen on hackerrank and after that I had a session of live coding. Then I had two more conversations with C level people from JG, for evaluating tech experience on Sytem design and for cultural fit. After these steps I had a final interview with client recruiter and all of that took around 1 month.
