      First they Said one technical and one manager round - First tech round completed, when i checked interviewer profile in linkedIn he is less epxerience than to me, that's fine but attitude is very bad - HR called me and they want another tech round - coding, i accepted and completed - Manager Round Finally my feedback is good but no reply from them Overall it is just time pass and playing with candidates

      HR is really cooperative They said two rounds in first But taken 2 technical rounds then manager Finally they were silent... without any response Overall... first and second rounds are with less experienced people who don't have communication and manners Manager round is good

      Entrevista

      I applied through a job portal for Salesforce Developer position. Got a direct call from company HR. First round of telephonic interview was scheduled in first week of March 2020. After clearing it a machine round was scheduled in which I have to write a trigger on salesforce org and share the screen through zoom app. During the zoom meeting of one hour the panel gave the scenario and told me that he will be back in 10 minutes and to my surprise the panel left from the meeting itself(I didn't noticed when). When asked about it to HR, they informed that due to server issue panel was disconnected and not able to join again. I don't understand why they don't see any responsibility to inform me about the disconnection. It's a clear unprofessional behavior.  HR asked me for the code on email with an apology when asked and I shared the proper working code as expected. However the next day I got an update from HR that they have reviewed the code and will not be able to proceed further. Why they won't give more information on rejection??  Why you don't see need of providing candidate more details about what went wrong so that candidate can improve?
