I had a phone screen with a recruiter, then had interviews with the Area Manager and Supply Chain Director. I was in constant communication with the recruiter, and we got to the point where we were talking salary. She got a number approved by HR, then one day I heard from her that they were considering an internal candidate and I would hear something from her within 3 days. I followed up with her three times over the next 2 weeks and never heard anything about whether or not they were going to offer me the job or offered it to the internal candidate. Very unprofessional.
