I applied through the company website. After several weeks I received a phone call from HR inviting to a online interview. The panel is very polite and explained how will the graduate program works. It was an hour-long online interview.

Virtual interview. Many technical questions for a junior role. the interview was over zoom. While i had my camera on, no one else had their's on during the interview process
