30 minute screening call with another Principal Geospatial Consultant then a 1hr interview with 2 directors. All were very decent people. I had internet difficulties so was invited to do the second interview in person, thankful they were so flexible. It was far better in person anyway. I was impressed that their first question was about inclusion and diversity, since that has been the biggest source of strife and stress in my career and I was able to speak at length about what I had done to fix these issues.
