Aker Advantage Recruiter positioned at the Jacobs office called to schedule a phone interview. On the day of the interview the department manager called me. The interview was basically 10-15 minute process. I interviewed around the 28th April, and got an offer on 18th May.

I was called in by a recruiter to interview for the position. Location and interview format was emailed to me beforehand. Everyone on the panel was prepared with resume copies and a question list for each different job focus.
