Phone interview by a third party, followed by a face-to-face interview in the office. Phone interview was very generic since interviewer had no engineering background. Face-to-face interview was casual, more a conversation. I would recommend practicing fit questions and learning about the firm.

Made me feel comfortable and at ease, gave me time to answer the questions, friendly interviewers. Nice set up and asked me about my experience and why i would like to work for Jacobs.

Entrevista
phone interview with three employees of various ages and positions. It was hard to tell who was talking at times. Kinda laid back interview, no technical questions only general questions about myself and my resume.
