Automated email and follow up from HR. Setup an online meeting. Followed through. All very straightforward. Efficient communication until after the interview, took some time to get their ducks in a row.

There was one zoom panel interview with 3 people who worked at Jacobs. It wasn't as intimidating as I thought it would be. They all asked different questions and it was good.
