Full day interview, group interview with department members, tour of campus, had lunch with faculty members, met with Dean individually, met with Provost individually, and ended day with research/teaching presentation

Incredibly awkward. No follow-up given, despite the amount of time it took to prepare for the interview. I was an excellent fit for the position, so I was pretty disappointed.
