They basically hire you on the spot. It’s usually the store manger you deal with. It takes maybe 15 minutes to do the whole thing. Easy and simple. Long as you’re friendly and know what you’re talking about, you’ll be fine

submit online, get a phone call from the store or recruiter to talk about the role and then make it to an interview at the store. After the interview an email follow up with the offer letter and a process of accepting and authorizing a background check.

I came in the day after I submitted my application. The manager hired me on the spot after the impromptu interview. She also hired me full time! It was the first impromptu interview I ever had and went better than I could have hoped for.
