1 - 40 question timed assessment 2 - 30 mins remote interview with director 3 - 45 min interview in person with same director, and 2 others 4 - 1.5 hr interview with CIO and 2 other IT directors Overall a huge waste of time as this took place over 3 weeks only to be met with negative responses. Very hard to get time off to play their games if you work in an office.
