Very low key, I had a phone interview first. I think they were looking more for a culture fit than specific job requirements. Then I met two of the founders at a coffee shop, as they didn't have an office at the time. Alice & Tom were great. I am sure the interview process has been revamped as to be more rigorous since they have grown.
