Very informal conversation about my history and work experience. Moved to second interview with two additional managers and got a job offer shortly thereafter. Was a fairly straightforward interview process with the recruiter making it very smooth along the way.

Simple interview process with the basic "tell me about a time that...." questions. I felt this process was fair and then I was given feedback after the interview, then once again after interviews were completed for all candidates. The interview lasted approximately one hour and was mostly questions about past experiences and examples
