Woman interviewing was not personable and didn’t bother to build any rapport. Was more like a test as I could tell she was reading down a list of questions, providing 0 feedback after each question was answered. Asked questions about the company and it was read directly from the website. They have you take a personality test beforehand but do not explain. During the interview she asked if I had looked at it and what I thought and I said it seems partially accurate and all she said was “hm.” I got an email about 24hrs later saying I wasn’t a good fit for the role after being in hospitality for almost 8 years. I emailed back for feedback since I received none during the call and never got an answer. Heard this is quite common with same interviewer, lots of good talent not even making it through the first round.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Competition is always strong amongst candidates for the RDOS role. We often have to make difficult choices between candidates in our pipeline. We wish you the very best of luck in your job search.

Three separate interviews over the course of one week. I loved everyone I spoke with and clicked well with all of them. I appreciated how transparent they were and how quickly the process went — it took a lot of stress out of the equation.

Imagine googling "top interview questions" and prepare yourself for that, because most were not really about the job itself, or the industry.
Between answering questions, there was dead silence. I looked at my phone one of the times to make sure I didn't lose her. Then she moved onto the next question.
It wasn't conversational at all and there weren't any follow-up questions. It seemed like maybe I was disqualified from the very beginning and she was just continuing the screening for whatever reason. I say that based on the unenthusiastic attitude to the entire phone call.
I did ask her what her favorite thing about working for Jacaruso was and she said it was the culture. So take what you will with that information after my experience with her lol.
Based on these other interview reviews, there's definitely a pattern of this happening frequently, and it seems odd considering this is the business of making people feel comfortable.
