I had spent a lot of time and effort including a HW assignment and two 45 min interviews and was told I'd move on to the final interview with the hiring manager. It seemed positive like I could be considered a candidate for the job. I submitted availability and got no answer. I emailed the HR rep that day and again a few days later to make sure they got my availability. No response. The following week she finally reaches out to me saying my email had gotten lost in her spam folder despite us already emailing back and forth for a few weeks. She had finally set up an interview for me the end of the week. The next day I was told the position had been filled-before I even got an opportunity to interview with the manager.
