      oops concept, algorithms, design pattern, my sql related query, solar, mamecache, and MVC, javascript and jquery, basic question of php5, basic question of web application concept, minimum 4-5 round of technical interview, after HR round, HR only discussed about salary they will offer max 30 to 35% hike of current ctc.

      Me postulé a través de una agencia de empleos. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Jabong.com (Bengaluru) en ene 2016

      Entrevista

      Interview process on day 1: 1: Problem solving + DS 2: Problem Solving + Design 3: Design + Managerial 4: Director Round (Managerial only + few design questions) After the interview HR came to me and asked my feedback about the interviews. He told me they will have debrief meeting with all the interview panels he'll let me know about the Feedback He called me up in couple of hour and told me that Interview panel were happy with me and I have cleared the process. They will put me in the very challenging team and I need to share the regular documents(salary proof + last hike letter+ RSU documents). Then they called me up in couple of days later and told me that their offer. I already had CTC of 17.9 ( Work Ex: 5.2) and they offered me 18.5 and then I told him that had this discussion on the first day that my expectation is 21+ and I have also not had the Appraisal in last One yr and 2 months as I had joined the last company in Nov, 2014 and left from their in Jan,2015. I told them I can not join on this CTC. Then he told me that he is not the person who will negotiate on the salary and this is the min what they can offer. Then other HR called and said no issues we will work it out and release the offer in couple of days. And I need to join in next Monday (within 5 days). Then on Monday i called up and checked with them what is the status. They told me that there is some issue at the top management. She is not available form last 3-4 days. Its and 30 min work we will get it done today 2nd half. Now these things went on for 2 - 3 weeks. And then they came back and told me that there is communication problem with me so They can not proceed further with the offer. So In my opinion they do not have any process and they will never share the right information and they will always come back with the lunatic excuses. Worst experience ever and waste of time. Do not take them for granted.
