JW Marriott called on the phone first to check your details then had a face to face interview with the HR, then another round with the department head. They were very nice.

What was a difficult experience and how did you solve it?
quick but in depth. the manager asked thought provoking questions and listened to every response. one of my best interviews yet. hoping for a promotion soon. a future with this company would be ideal
