After the interviews, I received a verbal offer, indicating a positive evaluation of my candidacy. However, after careful consideration, I decided to decline the offer. In my opinion, although the process was streamlined and professionally handled, it is essential to ensure that the role aligns fully with one’s career goals and values before proceeding.
