It started with a pre-interview very shortly after I submitted my resume (it was during their busy season, this may not always be the case). I spoke with the HR rep Lindsey, who was super friendly and wanted to learn more about me. If she thinks you're a good fit, she'll set up an interview with JS either in person or over Skype. They both make you feel very comfortable and low pressure and are very thorough in their description of the position and what is expected of you.
