2 Online Tests, 1 In person test, and then Superday. Didn't talk to anyone until the superday. Tests were not too difficult and the superday technicals were mainly arithmetic. Overall the interview process was very straightforward and moves quickly.
The interview process consisted of 3 tests and 2 in person interviews. The tests were fairly difficult but we not excel tests rather they tested how your thought process and overall critical thinking

One online interview checking if you’re a cultural fit. Followed by two technical tests in office. Followed by two interviews with Asset Managers - pretty straightforward interview with some technical questions based on IRR / ROIC and past experiences.
