Phase 1: meeting with the department head to discuss the department operations and my contribution in the department and in the company.
Phase 2: conduction a presentation in order to grade my competencies and skills.
Phase 3: Meeting with the CEO to brief me about the company and its operations as well as making sure that I would be representing the company in the market in a good way.

Entrevista
A group interview then a case study at the same day, then a second interview with the manager in another day.
After a first 1:1 interview, I was grouped with 2 other interviewees to solve a case study, then I was asked to present a solution for a problem that was given to me. I was given 45 minutes to prepare for the presentation.
