Call screening, followed by multiple face to face interviews. JM goes in depth, makes sure multiple managers on multiple teams have in depth discussions with you. Overall a pleasant experience.

I applied back in August, and received a notification that my application was viewed 2 weeks later. 1 week after that, I was contacted by the recruiter (Director) to set up a phone interview later that week. 20 minutes prior to the scheduled interview I get an email saying it would have to be rescheduled. No big deal—except, I was never contacted again about a rescheduling. The job posting closed that very day. Over a week later, confused, I email them asking about what had happened. No reply, even a month later. For a company that's sole focus is on Staffing and Recruiting, that was a very disrespectful and unprofessional tactic to leave a candidate hanging. Dodged a bullet with this company. Found much better companies to work for following this debacle.
