I applied to a recruiter and he called me within a day or so about the position. He then ran me through the interview and a day or two later a supervisor and a canadian teacher called me for a phone interview that lasted a good hour. They asked me what I like to do in my spare time, my personality, my strengths and weaknesses and what style of teaching I like. Basically they want to know if you like to just stand there and lecture or if you want to be bumping shoulders with the kids conducting educational games, which I said I preferred the latter. After that interview my recruiter called me back and then within two hours I got a job offer and accepted.
